When are you open?

We’re open Monday through Friday, 6 am to 9 pm.

How much does it cost?

Our membership options vary. We’ll discuss what works best for you after you’ve taken advantage of our one-week free trial.

Do students have to purchase your gym's gear?

Absolutely not! While we offer high-quality training products for convenience, we don’t require you to purchase our gear. We do ask that your gear be clean and not promote other gyms, with exceptions for our out-of-town guests.

Do you teach MMA?

Yes, we’re an MMA gym incorporating Wrestling, Judo, American Jiu Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, American Kickboxing, and Muay Thai into our classes!

What classes do you offer?

We offer Striking, American Jiu Jitsu, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for both adults and children.

What's the difference between American and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

American Jiu Jitsu focuses more on No-Gi, wrestling, leg-locks at all levels, and pinning. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is mostly Gi-based, uses fundamental Judo takedowns, and prioritizes upper body submissions with fewer leg locks.

What kind of striking do you teach?

Our Striking program blends high-percentage techniques from Muay Thai, Boxing, and American Kickboxing into a hybrid style suitable for MMA or standalone practice.

Where are you located?

You can find us at 4570 S Kirkman Rd 32811, in the Publix plaza at the corner of Kirkman and Conroy.

Do you teach kids classes?

Yes! We have classes for kids aged 4 to 12, divided into age-specific groups to ensure comfort and confidence. Kids transition to adult programs at 13. Our kids’ classes are Gi only.

Do I need a Gi?

A Gi is required for participating in our Gi classes to maximize your mat time.

Do you sell Gis?

Yes, we carry premium adult Gis for convenience, but you’re also free to purchase any Gi from other sources like Amazon. Check sizing charts to ensure a good fit.
