Terms and Conditions for Combat Sports Academy
Welcome to Combat Sports Academy. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our gym facilities, classes, and services.
1. Membership:
- By becoming a member of Combat Sports Academy, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules or policies posted within the gym premises or communicated to you by our staff.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Membership privileges may be revoked or suspended at the discretion of gym management for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any disruptive behavior.
2. Gym Rules:
- Members must follow all posted gym rules and instructions provided by our staff for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
- Proper attire, including appropriate martial arts attire and footwear, must be worn at all times while using gym facilities or participating in classes.
- Use of gym equipment should be done with caution and in accordance with posted guidelines. Any damage to equipment due to misuse will be the responsibility of the member.
- Food and drink are not permitted in training areas, except for water in sealed containers.
3. Classes and Training:
- Participation in classes and training sessions is at the member’s own risk. Combat Sports Academy and its staff are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training.
- Members are expected to arrive on time for scheduled classes and to inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect their participation.
- Respect for instructors, fellow members, and gym staff is paramount. Any disrespectful behavior or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
4. Payments and Fees:
- Membership fees, class fees, and any other charges must be paid in full and on time according to the terms outlined at the time of enrollment.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
5. Liability:
- Combat Sports Academy, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred while using gym facilities or participating in classes.
- Members are responsible for their own health and safety during training sessions and should consult a physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
