Jeremiah O'Neil

With two-thirds of his life dedicated to martial arts, Jeremiah has amassed 20 years of competition experience. He has graced both amateur and professional stages, competing in tournaments like NAGA, Newbreed, High Rollerz, and Sapateiro. His prowess extends beyond the mats and rings; Jeremiah has also excelled in private security, protecting high-level performers and professional athletes at venues like the Amway Arena.
Jeremiah’s physical capabilities are not limited to martial arts; he is a formidable competitor in strongman competitions, securing 3rd place in Florida’s Strongest Man in 2017. His 17 years of experience in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebell/mace work are complemented by certifications in strength and conditioning and sports rehabilitation.
As a coach, Jeremiah brings an invaluable depth of knowledge and experience. He prides himself on adapting techniques to fit each student’s unique body type, ensuring that his lessons are as versatile as they are effective.
